Now, the whole world is slipping and sliding and blaming each other for not cleaning it up. IN the meantime, the drunken fratboy, former President, is still drinking and telling his tales.
He was to be on C-SPAN today. In the ad for the interview, he appeared to have been on a month-long drunk. He has totally lost touch with whatever reality there was left. His dragging and slurring of words was more pronounced than ever.
It is immeasurable the damage that this one guy did, with the assistance of his political Party, the Republicans. Our nation may never recover. The whole world was damaged by his ideas and policies.
We should never forget that when he took office, there was a balanced budget and a $5-trillion surplus was forecast for our future.
Now, look at where we are. STILL with no delivered promise of "hope and change" from Obama and no real fix in sight.
YES Bush fucked up the economy and Obama has done NOTHING to fix it.
YES Bush fucked up the budget and Obama has done NOTHING to fix it.
YES Bush fucked up the environment and Obama has done NOTHING to fix it.
YES Bush fucked up America and Obama has done NOTHING to fix it.
So when will the American citizen wake up AND RISE UP and quit buying the horse shit these ELECTED cock-suckers feed us?
The most important task President Obama has is to erase 30 years of bullshit republican propaganda and replace it with truth and common sense. To re-educate and re-orient the populace. That will pave the way to all the reforms that need to occur and set the foundation that will rally the American people behind him and follow where he leads them.
That is why his compromises with republicans and his plea for us to "get along" was EXCRUCIATINGLY harmful.
To him. His 2012 election and AMERICA.
Time to vote for REAL hope and change people and NOT re-elect this imbecile to another 4 year term.

Maybe if the Republicans weren't so hell bent on making sure he fails on every front, we would probably see improvement in this fucked up economy. So don't put all of the blame on the President, because that Republican "Do Nothing" controlled congress is more to blame than the Obama! Remember, congress is the legislative body of our government, and it's up to them to create the bills that the President signs into law. The partisan gridlock reminds me two opposing gangs...Bloods and Crips! All of this is an attempt to see that he fails just so they can try to regain control of the White House. All the Republicans have been talking about is tax cuts and deregulation, and if you look back to when Bush first took office in 2001, it seems his first priority was to give tax cuts to Big Oil and Wall Street, did it again in 2003, then starts 2 wars on borrowed money from China! And he took office with a surplus! If tax cuts and deregulation creates jobs as Republicans will tell you, Why are all of OUR jobs are going overseas to India and China? We need to re-invest in our Country and stop all of this "Nation Building" around the world, and start making things in this Country. We have become a nation of consumers! Greed and corruption is destroying our Country, and if we continue on this trek, we will become another Rome or Great Britain...remember what happened to those empires?
I agree with 90% of what you're saying, but to blame everything on the President is just wrong. this is a democracy not a dictatorship, our President doesn't have absolute power in running our country. So maybe if we can get rid of the obstructionists that are fucking up our Country for partisan political one upmanship, we may very well see the hope and change that the President promised!

OK so I'm not from the states, but I have lived there for a number of years and still have family who still live there after 40 years. I have to agree with everything you've said in your blog. I would say that the democratic party has made a major shift to the right and tend to act more as the historical republicans used to.
US government is now just a massive corporation run to benefit business. It costs so much money to be able to run in the election that the only way (with the exception of Ron Paul) is corporate sponsorship - at some time you have to pay the piper!
Americans need to take their country back for themselves.
