I'm so glad the actual people that have to fight this illegal war are speaking out.
I heard today that General Casey wants to shorten combat deployments from 15 months to one year. He wants to allow 18 months at home between deployments. Are the recruiting levels able to fill the positions that open up while a soldier spends more time at home?
Is this not essentially a draw down?
Is the fact that the war is unpopular and NOW soldiers are speaking out causing the course of action listed above?
Of course, we'd never expect Casey to admit that pressure is causing a draw down even when he won't call it a draw down.
I think that those serving in the middle east must continue to speak out and refuse to fight the illegal war. 12 million people have snuck into our country illegally and because there is 12 million of them our government is helpless to do anything about it.
It's in the numbers. 12 million criminals can cripple a law but Americans cannot achieve the things that are best for America?
Come on, we can do whatever we decide to do.

Thanks to assholes that robo-SPAM ads into blogs I have been forced to moderate comments. I will publish all comments regardless of position or insult.
